Founded in October 6, 1998, DANVIL Commercial Corporation is mostly engaged in the importation and trading of agricultural products like grains, corn, other food products for human consumption as well as animal feeds, all private label.

DANVIL started importing and supplying rice to Republic Serial Incorporated in Binondo, Manila. Business operations became successful and with enough marketing resources, DANVIL was able to add more consumer products.

In the first quarter of 2004, a sister company, Universal Food Industry International Incorporated was established in Subic Bay Free Port Zone. Just like DANVIL, Universal Food is also engaged in the trading and importation of Agricultural products and animal feeds. A warehouse was built in Subic Bay Industrial Park to accommodate the goods imported and distributed both by Universal Food and DANVIL.

Currently, DANVIL supplies one of the biggest Hog Breeders Industry in the Philippines. At present, its operations deal primarily on the importation of food products for human consumption, animal feeds and some industrial products for the Philippine market.
